This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) (together with our Terms of Use) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. It will explain how we protect that information and what choices you have about how it is used or shared. SalutarisMD requests that you do not disclose any Sensitive Personal Data relating to you, your patients, or any other third party, in your communications with us. If you do disclose Sensitive Personal Data relating to you, you explicitly consent to our using such information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you disclose Sensitive Personal Data relating to a third party, you are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary consents or authorisations for such disclosures and by disclosing any such information, you warrant and represent that you have obtained such required consents and authorisations.

We will use Sensitive Personal Data disclosed to us by you to the extent required to provide you with such assistance as we deem appropriate or to comply with requests made by you – for example, we might use the information you provide to refer you to an appropriate source of information, or to refer to you a medical professional (although we shall not be under any obligation to do so). Where we refer you to a medical professional for further information and/or support, we may share your sensitive personal data with such medical professional in order to make such referral.

Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. We reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
